I have always had a love for cooking and serving others. I‘d say this started with my Grandmother, Sadie Van Alford. As I grew up, I realized that cooking is a way for me to not only serve but bring people together in love, laughter and great food!

I believe that cooking should be fun, creative, and approachable. I strive to make delicious meals that are accessible to everyone, regardless of their skill level in the kitchen.
